Fees are based on individual complexity and time. The fees range from $225.00 - $550.00 per appointment. There may be an additional charge for some blood work.

We do not bill insurance, but will give you a statement and receipt which you can submit to your insurance provider.

Most diagnostics (MRI's, scans, ultrasounds, x-rays) and prescriptions are covered by insurance, but there may be some labs which do not bill insurance directly.

Every attempt will be made to minimize costs.
